Since 2007, Project Access NOW has been dedicated to creating equitable access to whole-person care and social services for the community in Portland, Oregon. Our vision is a simple yet powerful one: healthy communities where everyone has the care and services they need to thrive.

We were founded to fill critical gaps in the healthcare system, serving as a "safety net to the safety net."
