When and where is the event?
Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Castaway - 1900 NW 18th Ave, Portland.
How will event proceeds be used?
Event proceeds will be used to support the programs and operations of Project Access NOW, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing equity in health care and social services in Oregon.
What is the dress code?
We recommend cocktail attire, but wear whatever makes you feel most joyful and ready to party for a good cause!
Is there parking at the venue?
Parking is limited at the venue. Please plan to utilize a nearby ramp, street parking, or public transit. We encourage using ride-sharing services or public transportation (like the MAX light rail or bus lines) which are easily accessible in this area of Portland.
Is the space accessible?
Yes! To access the building by wheelchair, please enter through the 18th Street entrance.
Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free meal options available?
Yes, we will provide a variety of meal options to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please indicate any dietary needs when you purchase your ticket so we can ensure you have a delicious meal.
Will there be assigned seating?
Yes, this is a seated dinner event. If you have specific seating requests (e.g., to sit with friends or colleagues), please contact rebecca.raab@projectaccessnow.org. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
How can I make a donation if I cannot attend the event?
You can make a donation online through our website. Your support is greatly appreciated, regardless of whether you can attend the event.
Will there be opportunities for networking?
Yes, there will be ample opportunities to network with other attendees, partners, and community members during the pre-dinner reception and throughout the evening.
Will photos be taken at the event?
Yes, we will have a photographer capturing moments from the evening. By attending, you grant Project Access NOW permission to use any photos or videos taken at the event for promotional purposes.
Are children allowed at the event?
This is an adult-focused fundraising event. We respectfully request that attendees be 21 years of age or older.
Will the program be interpreted for languages other than English?
Please contact rebecca.raab@projectaccessnow.org if you require interpretation services. We will do our best to accommodate your request with advance notice.
What forms of payment will be accepted at the event?
We will accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash for donations, raffle tickets, and silent auction items.
What are your COVID-19 protocols?
Current COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required for entry. Masking will be optional at the venue. We will be following any local and state health guidelines in place at the time of the event.
What is your refund policy?
We are happy to provide a refund on ticket purchases up to 72 hours before the event starts.
